20 years ago I got my first dog, Max. By the time he was six months old he had turned my world upside down-in the worst way possible. I know you, because I AM you. I wasn't born a dog training expert, but through my own badly behaved dog (and eventually finding the help I needed) I learned how to flip my relationship with Max. We got to the point where we were backpacking every weekend, and people were asking me for help with their dogs. Through this journey with Max, I learned just how much pain badly behaved dogs were causing their families...and I made it my life's mission to solve that problem.
Fast forward, and I now own and operate a successful board and train program in FL, where we rehabilitate dogs with some of the most extreme cases of aggression, anxiety, fear, and reactivity. Although we do work with ALL dogs, Solid K9 Training is known for helping the ones who are on their last chance.
I have personally held 300 dog training seminars around the world, helping dog owners gain their confidence and grow their skillsets with their dogs. But I realized, I needed a way to help those who couldn't work with me due to either financial or geographic reasons. And so, Solid K9 Academy was created, where I have put my life's work into digital courses in order to help as many people and dogs as possible.

YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED
Do I need training tools?
A leash, a collar, some food and a place bed are all you really need. However, we do recommend you use whatever tools your dog needs. Some dogs require prong collars, and we are huge advocates of remote collars for off leash reliability. (Don't worry, we walk you through the entire conditioning process step by step!)
Will this work for dogs who don't know anything?
Of course! "Green" aka untrained dogs, will always benefit from this course. That is exactly who it was created for. Even if your dog does know some baseline training, this program will just take it to the next level.
Can I do this training at my own pace?
Absolutely. You own the course material for LIFE. Complete it on your own time, and come back to review as much as you need to.
What happens after training ends?
We have 32+ digital courses that your dog could benefit from once you finish this program. Although, you will likely just be enjoying your off-leash lifestyle together.
