What are the Prerequisites?
A: You must be signed up for our Green to Graduate course and/or currently progressing thru the course. No exceptions!
What is unlimited* "as needed" access?
A: We help you to formulate your questions and videos to ensure you and your dog are progressing. It takes what it takes!
How long til I get a response?
A: We read and respond to your questions 7 days a week. We say give us 24 hours, but in reality, it will probably be faster.
What technology do I need?
A: A smartphone. Or a laptop. If you were able to purchase Green to Graduate or chat with us on our website messenger you'll be good to go.
I can show you videos of my dogs behavior?
A: Yes, you can share links to short clips showing the issue where you are looking for feedback. Often times a short video clip is the best way to show the nuance of what is going on and also on how to fix it. We'll provide you with guidance on how to set up the video too.
How long will I have access to this?
A: You have 30 days of this upgraded access from the time you send your first support chat. So time doesn't start until you are ready. You can buy this and "bank" it for up to 6 months. Meaning, purchase it today, start using it 6 months from now.
What if my dog is aggressive or has a history of XYZ
A: Green to Graduate is the FOUNDATION of all we do at the training center, even with aggressive dogs. That being said, our Inner Circle program, which is invite only, may be more of a fit. Please click the chat bubble on this page and we'll see which is best for your circumstances.
Why are you guys doing this? It seems like a lot of work for you
A: Yes, it is. But here's the deal, A four-week board and train costs between $4000-6000, but we have a backlog because we can only train so many dogs at a time, plus we only have two training facilities. Some people need a little extra help because they don't believe they can do it on their own. We believe in you and we'll expect you to put in the work.
Is it Really, Really, a program with unlimited* access to Jeff and Joelle?
So we've got this one enough that we want to clarify. Our goal is to get you through the Green to Graduate curriculum. That is our laser focus, and we will always work to move the conversation toward your progression in Green to Graduate. You can ask unlimited questions, as needed. We are focused on your SUCCESS and growth as a dog owner/trainer/handler. Jeff will not spoon-feed you answers. He will challenge you to get creative, think outside the box, while also growing as a dog handler/trainer. This is the exact same way Jeff trains his trainers and is a secret to success. It's not the place to ask -repeated- "water cooler" style questions about politics, becoming a dog trainer, business advice, have a debate about clickers, etc.
How is this different from your one-hour 1:1 private video calls
Great question. Our 1:1 private video consultation calls are a stand-alone service. We recommend people start with a 1:1 video consult if they are facing a dog aggression issue or something dangerous that needs to be addressed NOW. The consultation calls are also a great place to start for clients who don't know what their next steps should be or who want advice on becoming a trainer, starting a business, etc. For everyone else not having an aggression issue, the challenge with a one-hour video call is just that, it is only one hour. Most clients progressing through Green to Graduate value frequent, but minor course corrections that take a few minutes to deliver vs an hour all at once.
